In the evening, the restaurant "rossocorbezzolo" comes to life. Chef Claudio La Pietra proposes with unusual interpretations of local products, Presidium Slow Food and vegetables from the manor garden. Each dish has been carefullyelaborated searching for a balance between taste and aesthetics. The products are selected according to the seasons and the dishes are inspired by old traditional recipes.
The wines selected, which accompany the dishes, come from the DOC wineries of the Maremma.
